We’ve come a long way baby! The story of Thierica Equipment dates to 1945 when two brothers in Grand Rapids Michigan started a small company to produce production paint tooling. Ted and Harry Szczepanski started making fabricated paint masks in a garage on the west side of Grand Rapids. Their first customers were in the appliance and automotive businesses.
By the mid 1950’s the company had relocated to 900 Clancy NE in Grand Rapids. Many additions later, corporate headquarters is still at that address. Thierica has now grown to three divisions with locations in Michigan, Tennessee and Mexico.
Thierica Equipment is located at 3147 N Wilson Ct on the northwest side of Grand Rapids. With a sales office in Chattanooga Tennessee and a subsidiary in Monterrey Mexico, Thierica Equipment is uniquely positioned to serve the paint systems needs of customers in North America.
